If you have changed your office hours or policies, be sure it’s mentioned. Captive Audience can produce multiple versions of your hours, so that you can update your phone system with most current information – as it changes!

What happens if you are closed?

Some practices are closing during this crisis. If your practice does close, be sure that you have a voicemail ready to inform your callers, and if possible, a number for them to call in case of a dental emergency.
