Will my phones work with messages on hold?

In order to take advantage of our service, you'll need a phone system that is capable of music on hold (MOH). If you currently have a radio or another on hold service, you're ready to go. If you're not sure if you have MOH, ask the company that services your phone equipment. Most business phone systems have the function. These systems have a central brain (KSU) that sorts calls to extensions around your office.

I don't have MOH function, what can I do?

Most "off the shelf" office phones (2- to 4-line "systems" sold at Office Depot, Staples, Best Buy, etc.) do not have a music on hold function. If your current phones do not have an MOH circuit, you'll need an after-market adapter in order to use this or any other on hold service. You can get an adapter from us if you have one of these phones.
