I can't hear my music on hold program

Be sure that your have the power cable plugged into the digital repeater and into a wall outlet.

Check the connection of the audio cable at both the repeater end and the phone system end. If you are using a mini-to-RCA barrel adapter, be sure the mini plug on your cable is firmly and fully seated in the adapter.

Adjust the volume on the digital repeater. Also, some phone systems have a volume control for the music on hold input.

I have green lights, but no music

Be sure that you are using the 8 OHM output from the digital repeater. Our digital repeaters offer two audio output jacks: one labeled 8 OHM, and one labeled 600 OHM. These are basically gross volume adjustments, one is signifiacntly louder than the other. In nearly every case, the 8 OHM output will be appropriate.

Adjust the volume on the digital repeater. Also, some phone systems have a volume control for the music on hold input.


Premier Technologies USB1100:

I have a red light on my USB1100 and no music

A red light on the USB1100 means the machine either cannot read the USB Flash drive or cannot find a valid audio file.

Press the RESET button on the side of the machine; it is located on the same side of the box as the USB Flash drive.

Check that you have a valid MP3 file on the root level of the USB Flash drive. The MP3 file should not be in a folder.

Be sure that you have only one MP3 file on the USB Flash drive. Multiple MP3 files may confuse the system and cause it to play the wrong program


ProDigital PD324:

The PD324 is, on the whole, a reliable machine; however, due to the less reliable nature of floppy discs, the PD324 has a unique set of technical issues.

I have a red light on my PD324 and no music

Reboot the machine. Eject the disc you are trying to load, unplug the power cable from the back of the machine, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in. When the light turns green, re-insert the floppy disc and press the Load button. Repeat this procedure if it fails to load a second time. If the third attempt fails, please contact us for a replacement disc.

The PD324 won't load the new floppy
