How to Load a New Music on Hold Programs for the Premier USB1100
1. Take the USB drive from the USB1100 and plug it into your PC's USB port
2. Delete the old files from the USB drive
3. Save the emailed attachment directly to the USB drive
3a. (Optional) Save the emailed attachment to your PC for archiving or later use
3b. (Optional) Save the file to the USB drive
4. Remove the USB drive from your PC and replace it in the USB1100
Step 1: Remove the USB drive from the repeater and plug it into your PC's USB port
Remove the USB Flash Drive from the repeater
Insert the USB Flash Drive into an open USB port on your computer
Your PC may present you with this dialog:

Select Open folder to view files Be sure to note the letter assigned to the USB drive.
NOTE: In this tutorial the USB drive is E:, but depending on how many devices you have hooked up to your PC, it may appear as F:, G:, or higher.
Step 2: Delete ALL old files from the USB drive
After selecting Open folder to view files you will see this:

NOTE: You may or may not see files labeled ".Trashes", ".DS_Store", etc. Don't worry about those files; they're junk and you're going to delete them.
Select ALL the files on the USB Flash drive.

Click on Delete the selected items on the left side of the window. Alternately you can simply press the DEL key on your keyboard.
You will be presented with a dialog asking if you want to delete the selected files:
Click Yes.
The Flash drive is now ready for your new production.
Step 3: Save the emailed attachment to the USB drive
Open your email program (we used Outlook for this tutorial, your email client may differ, but the general concept will still apply)
Locate the email from Captive Audience:

Click on the paper clip icon in the top right corner of the message pane. This will display a pull down list of options:

Select Save Attachements... This will open a dialoge asking where to save the file:
Click on Browse. You will see this dialog:

Select the E: (or F:, G:, or higher) drive. Click OK.

Click Save.
Step 4: Remove the USB drive from your PC and replace it in the USB1100
Remove the USB Flash Drive from your PC, press the Reset button on the USB1100, then insert the USB Flash Drive into the USB1100 digital repeater.
Before you insert the Flash drive into the USB1100, be sure to press the Reset button on the digital repeater:
This will clear any internal memory and force the repeater to load the new program from the Flash drive.
Optional Steps to Save Attachment to Computer for Future Use
Step 3a: Save the attachment to your computer for future use
After clicking on Browse in the Save Attachments dialog you will see another dialog like this:
Click the + sign next to My Documents:

Find the folder within My Documents where you want to save the file. Select that folder and click OK.
Click Save.

The file is now saved in a folder in My Documents for you to use at a later date.
Step 3b: Putting a locally saved file to the USB drive
To save the file to your USB Flash drive: open My Documents and find the file you wish to use.
Select the file.

Click Copy this file on the left side of the window:
You will see a dialog like this:

Select the E: drive (or F:, G:, or higher ) click Copy.
